invited to join a Guided Discussion Group for
parents
of gifted and talented students.
When: Weekly
from April 7 through May 26, 2014 (Days
and times will be determined by the needs of the group of parents.)
Where: Meetings to be held at TBD.

Cost: $30
(covers the cost of the book A Parent’s
Guide to Gifted Children and 8 sessions for one or two parents/significant
adults) *Financial assistance is available.

informational parent meeting will be held Tuesday,
March 25, 2014 at Muscatine Community School District Administration
Center, 2900 Mulberry Avenue from 5pm to 6pm.
A brief overview and questions about the discussion group will be
answered.

gifted and talented children can receive support, guidance and professional
advice through discussion with other parents and trained leaders.

self-concept and emotional development of gifted and talented children and
their families
